Once your registered on PhotoScout, create your own galery and add some pictures. Use the moments to organize your shots by theme or day.
→ PhotoScout tip: the gallery cannot contain more than 800 photos. Keep an eye on the counter!
Once all the moments have been created and filled in, after deleting blurred photos and duplicates and checking the spelling of titles and descriptions, go to the « Album » > « Create preview » tab.
In juste one click, you can generate your first album and find out the number of pages and the price, all included! Yaaay!
The obtained album is not perfect…
No problem! Make changes in your gallery, then click on the Album > Edit to create a new preview. You can make as many as you like!
“My album is too long and/or too exprensive”
Click on Albums > Edit et use the slider to increase the average number of photos per page. This will change the number of pages and therefore the price of the album. You can also delete photos to reduce the number of pages!
“Some photos are badly frameds”
If a photo is baddly framed in the layout, go to the gallery, select the photo in question and use the « Crop » tool. You’ll be able to crop the photo so that it fits perfectly into the layout! However, if the photo is completely cropped from the outset, it’s difficult to correct…
“There are spelling mistakes »
You can easily correct the spelling of titles and descriptions by editing the relevant moments.
“I don’t like the layout”
Fortunately, we have solutions:
- Rearrange the order of photos within moments. Our creation tool usually selects the photos in order, then finds the corresponding layout. If the layout doesn’t suit you, simply change the order of the photos!
- Create or delete moments. The album is based on moments, with each moment starting on a new double-page spread with a title and description. You can adjust the number of moments according to your preferences, which will modify the album structure and selected layouts.

The album is perfect!
Once you’re satisfied with your album, click on « Validate album » (only the Leader can do this). From now on, you won’t be able to modify the gallery or the album, but parents will be able to order it! This operation is irreversible, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.
You’ll receive a link to a dashboard where you can track orders placed by parents and the amount earned for each sale. PhotoScout is a win-win situation!
